Together with the Collecchio Sporting Centre, the Ennio Tardini Stadium represents the heart of Parma, and it helds almost all the sporting club performances and activities.
Mr Ennio Tardini, a lawyer, decided the stadium construction and the works ended in 1923 after his death, hence the place was named to commemorate the lawyer’s memory.
The Stadium went under several structural changes through the past decades, gaining a wide seats capability only at the end of the 80s.
The modern structure goes together with the Parma FC sporting achievements.
The footballl team has played a major role in creating a first grade building, hosting also Parma FC headquarters.
In 1990 the Petitot Tribune was totally restructured, with new Vip and Press areas, combining modern requirements with the original Tribune facade style.
Thanks to an agreement with Parma Municipality, in 2002 Parma FC became in charge of the stadium management for the following thirty years, hence the possibility of providing new services for the benefit of both Parma citizens and Parma FC fans.
Inside the stadium are an emporium where a wide range of official sporting merchandise can be purchased, and an hospitality area, divided into 14 comfortable suites.
How to reach the stadium
From the motorway A1, exit at Parma, take the north orbital road towards downtown, exit in Via Mantova, then turn right in Viale Partigiani d’Italia.
From Parma A15 exit, continue in Via Emilia West towards Parma, then take the orbital road towards downtown, exit in Via Mantova and turn right in Viale Partigiani d’Italia.
From Parma airport, take the orbital road towards downtown, exit in Via Mantova and then turn right in Viale Partigiani d’Italia.
From Parma railway station: take Viale Mentana, then Viale S.Michele till you reach a round area where you turn left into Viale Partigiani d’Italia.
At the parking area at A1 motorway exit, a bus service can be found for the benefit of the fans coming from Parma sorrounding areas.
